Project Architect (RIBA Part III) – Stratford Workshops, Stratford, London
Whittaker Parsons is looking for an energetic Project Architect with excellent communication and people skills. You’ll have hands-on experience running small-scale residential projects in the UK and a genuine passion for retrofit, sustainable materials, and improving the built environment.
You’ll lead projects across all RIBA stages, manage teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, produce technical details, and administer JCT contracts. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and JCT contract administration is essential.
We’re a friendly, busy studio in Stratford Workshops, a creative, sociable space in East London.
You’ll need: RIBA Part III, 3+ years post-qualification, technical expertise, strong leadership, and proficiency in MicroStation, NBS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
