Three underperforming office buildings around Lanark Square are reimagined as 20 new homes, demonstrating how thoughtful adaptation can create high-quality housing while making better use of existing buildings.

The proposals change the use from Class E office to Class C3 residential, introducing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The approach responds carefully to the existing buildings while creating varied, practical homes.
The project demonstrates how building less can achieve more. Through considered adaptation and careful intervention, existing assets are given a new purpose, delivering 20 homes while retaining the embodied value and character of the buildings.
