The brief is to design a high performing, low-energy two-bedroom home, with a social living space, with great acoustics and outdoor space.
The building is designed to sit sensitively in its the streetscape, aligning with the neighbouring extension. Living accommodation will be in a large volume on the upper ground floor, with the south-facing bedrooms on the floor below.
